Questions and Answers (1)
Paul Bielecki Asked:

What is the best diameter pipe to use if I am pumping water up a gradual incline for 25 metres to run back down a stream and into the pond? Also, why do the instructions tell you to operate the pump for ten minutes against an almost closed pressure socket after the initial one hour immersion?

We Replied:

Dear Paul Thank you for your question. To best answer this question we need more details. What is the total elevation that the water will be pumped to, and what is the width of the waterfall? Please email this information along with your original question to [email protected] and we can look into this for you. Regarding the closed pressure socket, I would suggest that this is just a test to ensure the pump has gone through its normal start up routine. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
